Frequently asked questions
- How does the free trial work?
- When you subscribe to a paid plan you enter a card and get 7 days at no charge. Cancel before the trial ends and nothing is billed.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. In Settings → Subscription you can manage or cancel in one tap. The plan stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for, and every log stays accessible.
- What counts as a baby?
- Each baby created under your account. Joining someone else's family with an invite code doesn't count — that's always free.
- Do grandparents or the nanny need to pay?
- No. Only the person who creates the baby (the owner) subscribes; everyone who joins with the invite code uses it for free.
