Built by a family, for families
neneco was born out of a WhatsApp group overflowing with “did she eat at 2pm?”.
neneco started in the simplest way possible: a bilingual family, a newborn, and a WhatsApp group that turned into a chaotic diary of feeds, diapers and naps. It worked — until someone asked “which side did he nurse on?” at three in the morning.
So we set one bar for everything we build: logging has to be faster than typing into the group chat. If a feature asks more than two taps from an exhausted parent, it stays out. No feed, no gamification, no unnecessary notifications.
What neneco does
- Logs feeds, diapers, sleep, bottles, measurements, medicine and milestones — in one or two taps.
- Keeps the whole family on the same timeline, in real time, with one invite code.
- Shows daily patterns in simple charts and estimates the next feed and the next nap.
- Speaks Portuguese and English — because our family does too.
What neneco doesn’t do
We don’t give medical advice, we don’t sell data, and we don’t try to keep anyone glued to a screen. neneco is a calm note-taking tool — the rest of parenting is yours (and your pediatrician’s).
